Flourish
Disseminating evidence-based, innovative solutions that address pressing health, social, and environmental challenges.
Domains We Serve
Public Health
We facilitate population-based research and implementation initiatives by lending our deep expertise in research methodology, statistical analysis, and “big data” architecture.
We build integrations with disparate public and private health data sources to provide a 360° view into a population’s health status and non-medical drivers of health. We deploy geographic information system (GIS) solutions to track and validate targeted interventions within a given area of interest.
Recent initiatives our team has contributed to include:
- Opioid crisis measurement and mitigation
- Firearm injury measurement
- Community health work related to social determinants of health
- Target: BP implementation
- Diabetes Prevention Program administration
- Texas DSHS reportable diseases
Individual Well-Being
Our use of tried-and-true enterprise architecture, AI-driven automation, and creative user interfaces allows us to build systems geared towards one-on-one touchpoints with and services for patients, research participants, and other stakeholders.
Data collection from external stakeholders (ex. digital forms, SMS), inventory and distribution of limited resources (ex. research rewards, vaccines), and reporting to funding and governing institutions are common needs addressed by the core suite of solutions available.
Recent initiatives our team has contributed to include:
- State vitals document production
- Immunization administration (incl. ImmTrac2 sync)
- Sponsorship platform for street-involved children
- Youth workforce development for Sub-Saharan Africa
Ecological Sustainability
We recognize the connection between natural ecology and community health. Within that intersection we offer data collection, analytics, and reporting expertise.
Automated GIS tagging and mapping identifies multi-variate hotspots, changes over time, and common metadata elements between regions of interest. Measurements from the internet-of-things (IoT) and public data feeds are combined with internal datasets to produce a richer understanding of how the natural environment impacts various outcomes.
Recent initiatives our team has contributed to include:
- Exploration of correlation between rainfall, economic stress, and community violence and means to reduce violence during elongated periods of drought in Sub-Saharan Africa
Our Partners
Solutions
We deploy a suite of apps, frameworks, and cloud services to help our clients accomplish their tactical goals.

Our Mission
Human flourishing resides at the intersection of social structures, individual capacities, and external systems like climate. In our pursuit to fervently promote human flourishing, we look for organizations and ideas that treat health, social, and ecological challenges as systemically interconnected.
With that in mind, we leverage technology frameworks and consulting patterns geared towards establishing and nourishing cross-organization coalitions. Our hope is that with enough multi-systemic, research-backed initiatives — supercharged by technology that is neither cost-prohibitive nor rigid to one domain — together we can see the needle of intractable global challenges begin to move.
Our theory and practice is founded in the Flourishing Communities Model (FCM) incepted by co-founder Dr. Goodman and the thriving work of Sodzo International in Kenya.
