A typical digital transformation project follows a standard process:

  • The discovery phase to understand your goals, your gaps, and what assets you have today to build from – a key goal is to avoid recreating the wheel for your org
  • The scoping phase to settle on the platforms and user features necessary to call the transformation a success
  • The development and testing phase where we launch or update your Salesforce, configure your ecosystem (incl. third-party platforms like Mailchimp, Zeffy, etc.), build custom user interfaces, and help power users to begin iterative testing
  • The migration and training phase where your historical data, users, and other key information are loaded into your new system – power users and early adopters begin to use the system
  • The go-live phase where the new system is officially launched and the remaining users are transitioned in 
  • Finally, the complimentary adjustment phase where we make small enhancements based on day-to-day user feedback over the next few months

Salesforce Training

We offer two types – Essential Training and Tailored Training.

Essential Training covers the basics necessary for any Salesforce user to be effective. It is ideal for teams new to the platform or when a team-wide refresher is required. We offer this training pro bono for qualifying organizations.

For teams ready to go deeper with Salesforce, our custom Tailored Training is designed to fit your organization’s unique processes, data, and goals. We prepare sessions that reflect how you actually use Salesforce, making the learning directly applicable to your day-to-day work.

Our Essential Training includes:

  • Salesforce vs a CRM – what’s the difference and why this matters
  • Navigating Salesforce
  • Creating, updating, and deleting data (one-by-one and en masse)
  • How to effectively use lists & reports

Our Tailored Training includes:
