Services and Salesforce
Salesforce gives an organization one platform for its data and its work, with licenses that can cost as little as $0 per user, an advanced automation suite, and integrations with virtually any major third-party platform. That is why we implement it as an organization’s primary platform.

Solutions and pricing
Apps and APIs we’ve built to extend Salesforce and the work around it, including the Agent Platform for AI agents, Chronicle for forms, Community Microphone for audio-based feedback, Mosaic for interactive maps, and Liminal for e-commerce, events and volunteers. Each one is listed with its price on our Solutions page.
Each solution has a monthly base fee per customer that covers access and a standard set of monthly limits. Beyond those limits, you pay only for what you use. Ongoing Digital Support clients have the base fee waived. The details are on our Pricing page.
The base fee is $900 a month and includes up to 50 agents and $25 of AI usage, with heavy discounts for Ongoing Digital Support clients and other eligible organizations. $25 covers about 500 simple question-and-response interactions; complex tasks such as multi-step research or document analysis cost between $0.25 and $0.75 each. AI usage beyond what is included is passed through to you.
