These are the terms, policies and agreements that govern Flourish's services, products and website. They are written to be read, and each one says who it is for. An organization's signed Order Form, or another agreement signed with us, comes first where it says something different.
For everyone
- Terms of Service: the agreement for using Flourish's web apps, AI agents, API and Salesforce packages, whether through an organization or on your own.
- Acceptable Use Policy: what our Services, and the agents acting in them, may not be used for.
- Privacy Policy: what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
- Copyright Policy: how to report material on our Services that infringes your copyright, and how to respond to a report.
For organizations we serve
- Data Processing Addendum: how we process personal information on your organization's behalf, and the service providers we use to do it. It comes with our Terms of Service.
- Opt-ins: optional uses of your data that you can turn on in a product, and what each one does.
Earlier versions
Organizations that sign with us do so under the Flourish Customer Agreement. Before October 2026, Flourish's software was licensed under a Software End User License Agreement. It still governs an Order Form that refers to it, until that Order Form renews.
