Some Flourish products can do more with your organization's data if you ask them to. Each use on this page is off until an administrator at your organization turns it on in the product, and it can be turned off at any time. Turning one on is your consent to that use under section 7.8 of our Terms of Service or, for a product your organization has licensed under a signed Flourish Customer Agreement, under section 5.6 of that agreement.

Nothing on this page lets Flourish use your data for any other customer, or to train any general AI model.

Rapport: learn from our review decisions

What it does. Rapport suggests records that may be the same person or organization, and your reviewers decide which are and which are not. With this on, Rapport uses those decisions to measure how well its matching works for you, and to tune it: for example, to trust a kind of evidence less when your reviewers keep rejecting pairs that rest on it.

The data it uses. Your reviewers' decisions, and the records they were about.

Who owns the result. The settings tuned from your decisions belong to your organization. They are used only for your organization, never for any other customer or to train any general model, and they are deleted with the rest of your data.

Turning it off. Rapport stops using your decisions this way, deletes the settings tuned from them, and goes back to its standard matching.

When it is available. This setting is coming to Rapport. Until it appears there, Rapport does not use your decisions this way.
